About us

It is our role as counsellor, to assist clients recognise their own strengths and help them to clarify what kind of life they want to live in an empathetic,  supportive, respectful and non judgemental way. 


We take a holistic approach and draw on different interventions depending on the presenting concern, to enable clients to be the best they can personally and in their relationships. We prefer to think we work with clients.

Body image and eating disorders

We are passionate about the treatment of disordered eating and the impact they have on clients and carers There are proven techniques for managing feelings and behaviours, Early intervention assists, distracting yourself and having self-compassion are positive initiatives.


We can assist with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating, ARFID, Body Dysphoria, OSFED, poor Body Image and disordered eating.

Feeling depressed, stressed or anxious?

Feeling lonely, hurt, or confused are more common that you might think. There are strategies and interventions that can be used to assist you. Talking with a caring person can be a positive step and exploring causes.


Helping clients to work with their strengths, improving interpersonal relationships, participating in activities they enjoy, mindfulness, better self-care, pursuing a hobby or a group activity can bring favourable changes.

Relationship Issues

Healthy relationships are essential for our well-being and emotional health. People can change and find better ways to communicate and relate with those they love and care about. Relationships should be respectful, fulfilling, nurturing, and enriching. Stable relationships form the foundation of every family to give children the secure and grounded background required to provide a positive, supportive environment to grow.


Relationships require attention they don't just happen, so time needs to be given. Individuals are different and allowances need to be accommodated and may change over time. Communication is key where couples can discuss differences honestly and deeply, and not to be fearful of conflict. Expressing needs, concerns and hopes, can increase trust and strengthen relationships.
