About us

Sandra is our principal counsellor and likes to take a holistic approach to counselling and draw on  different techniques depending on the presenting concern of the client,  to enable them to be the best they can personally and in their  relationships. 

 Although a Christian counsellor she believes in working with  clients within the framework of their value system and cultural  background. 

•  Four years study with the Australian Institute of Family Counselling  (AIFC) leading to Advanced Diploma of Counselling & Family Therapy.

•  Specialist training in helping with eating disorders. Accredited by ANZAED  Registered and fully accredited counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association Inc. (ACA) - Level 3 and CCAA - Graduate Member

•  Bachelor of Counselling (Christian based) University of Divinity.
• Presently studing a Master of Counselling.

           Besides her private practice Sandra commenced working with Better Help in 2024,

           to further assist her clients.
